Operated by Quadpair Inc. (“Quadpair”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, and the purchase and use of our hardware computing products (“Products”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or purchase our Products.
Definitions
“Customer”, “you”, “your” — The individual or entity purchasing Products or using our website.
“Product(s)” — All products sold by Quadpair Inc.
“Order” — A purchase request submitted through our website or authorized sales channel.
“RMA” — Return Merchandise Authorization required for all returns and warranty claims.
“Site” — www.quadpair.ca and all associated domains or subdomains.
Orders & Acceptance
2.1 Order Submission
By placing an Order through our website or authorized sales channels, you make an offer to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms.
Orders may include:
Standard Products — Regular stock items.
Special or Custom Products — Customized, configured, or special-order items.
Special or custom orders are Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) once submitted. By placing such an order, you acknowledge it is final and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, except where required by law.
2.2 Right to Accept or Decline
All Orders are subject to review and acceptance by Quadpair Inc. We may accept, decline, or cancel an Order at our sole discretion at any time prior to shipment for reasons including:
Product unavailability
Pricing or typographical errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Export, regulatory, or legal compliance issues
Incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid order information
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if your Order is declined or canceled.
2.3 Order Confirmation Email
Receiving an automated confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your Order, but it does not constitute acceptance or guarantee Product availability.
2.4 When an Order Is Accepted
An Order is considered accepted and binding only when:
Payment has been successfully processed, and
The Product is prepared for shipment
At that point, a legally binding contract is formed between you and Quadpair Inc.
2.5 Payment for Orders and Pre-Orders
Full payment is required upfront for all Orders, including pre-orders and backorders.
Orders will not be processed or accepted until payment is successfully completed.
Pre-orders confirmed without full payment will not reserve a Product.
Payment is processed securely via our authorized payment providers (e.g., Stripe).
2.6 Pre-Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel a pre-order within 7 calendar days of submitting the Order.
After this 7-day period, pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled, except where required by law.
Refunds for canceled pre-orders within this window will be issued to the original payment method.
Special or custom orders are always classified as NCNR and are not eligible for cancellation.
2.7 Changes, Cancellations, and NCNR Orders
Standard Products: Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the Order is in the shipping process.
Special/Custom (NCNR) Orders: Cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances except as required by law.
Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices
All prices are listed in US Dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice.
3.2 Taxes & Duties
Applicable taxes, duties, and fees (including sales tax and import duties) are your responsibility and will be added at checkout where required.
3.3 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3.4 Pricing Errors
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the Order or contact you for instructions before proceeding.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
4.1 Shipping Regions
We ship to North America (Canada and the United States).
4.2 Shipping Methods
Products ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Canada Post. Available options and fees appear at checkout.
4.3 Shipping Times
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
Carrier issues
Customs processing
Weather or transit disruptions
Supply chain or component shortages
4.4 Pre-Orders and Backorders
Estimated ship dates are subject to change. You may cancel any unshipped pre-order within 7 days of placing the order (see Section 2.6).
4.5 Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the Product is handed to the carrier or marked “accepted” in carrier tracking. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed with the carrier unless shipping insurance was purchased.
4.6 Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid duties, you are responsible for return and re-shipping costs.
4.7 International Requirements (U.S.)
U.S. customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
4.8 Shipping Damage
Quadpair Inc. is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or delivery. Once the Product is handed to the carrier, all risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to you.
If your shipment arrives damaged, opened, or appears tampered with:
You must file a damage claim directly with the carrier.
You are responsible for providing photos, documentation, and packaging evidence required by the carrier.
Replacement Products will be issued only after the carrier approves the claim and reimburses you or us, depending on the carrier’s process.
Quadpair does not reimburse, replace, or reship Products damaged in transit unless the carrier accepts responsibility.
Returns, Exchanges & RMA
5.1 General Policy
Special or custom orders (NCNR): All special-order or custom-configured Products are Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) once submitted. These items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances except where required by law.
Standard Products: Only eligible for replacement if defective on arrival (DOA). Refunds are not offered.
5.2 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns or exchanges require a valid RMA issued by Quadpair Inc.
Products returned without an RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

5.3 Eligibility & Condition of Returned Products
Only standard (non-custom) Products reported as DOA are eligible for replacement.
Returned Products must be in new or like-new condition, undamaged and unmodified, and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.
Missing components may result in rejection or partial replacement.
5.4 Shipping Damage & Transit Loss
Quadpair Inc. is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping or transit.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the Product is handed to the carrier.
Any shipment damage must be reported to the carrier; Quadpair Inc. will provide documentation but will not issue replacements or refunds for carrier-caused damage.
Any loss, misdelivery, or delay during transit must be resolved with the shipping carrier; Quadpair Inc. is not liable.
5.5 Exchanges
Special/custom (NCNR) Products: Not eligible for exchanges under any circumstances, except where required by law.
Standard Products: If a Product is defective on arrival (DOA), Quadpair Inc. will replace it at no cost when reported within 7 days of delivery and verified through inspection or diagnostics.
Shipping damage does not qualify as DOA.
5.6 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the Product is defective or Quadpair shipped an incorrect item.
5.7 Restocking Fees
Restocking fees do not apply because Quadpair Inc. only accepts returns for approved DOA replacements.
Limited Hardware Warranty
6.1 Warranty Period
Quadpair Inc. provides a 3-year limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery.
6.2 Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in:
Materials
Components
Workmanship
6.3 Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:Physical damage or misuse
Environmental damage (water, heat, dust)
Use of incorrect power supply or incompatible components
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Cosmetic defects
Normal wear and tear
6.4 Warranty Process
All warranty claims require an RMA. Quadpair may request diagnostic information or photos to evaluate eligibility.
6.5 Remedies
If a covered defect is confirmed, Quadpair will, at its discretion:
Repair the Product
Replace the Product with a new or equivalent unit
Refund the purchase price (only if repair or replacement is not feasible)
Product Use & Technical Requirements
7.1 Installation and Operation
You are responsible for proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the Product. Quadpair is not liable for damages caused by improper use.
7.2 Third-Party Software
Any software included with the Product is subject to the manufacturer’s license terms. Quadpair is not responsible for performance or security of third-party software.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Quadpair is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or lost profits.Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations, so the above may not apply in full.

Products may not be resold or shipped to embargoed or restricted regions.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.Changes to These Terms
